In order to avoid any delay in processing for justice, our services are ready to intervene 24 hours a day on the continent or overseas. Law enforcement officers no longer have the constraint of physically transporting samples to the laboratory, our services package and transport them in compliance with the requirements established by the safety and medicines agency and the injunctions of the recipient biologists under the conditions strictly imposed by them...
TRANSPORT DE SANG (PSL) & ORGANES (CONTEXTE ABM)
The transport of labile blood products requires know-how even when it involves transport between the EFS (DEL) and an ES, the proper consideration of documents relating to the delivery of packed red blood cells, and, if necessary, samples for the purpose of an IH exploration with a view to delivering PSL. TRAINING OUR TEAMS
Toutes nos équipes membres du réseau (y compris nos équipes de bureau) bénéficient d’un accompagnement expert conçu spécifiquement pour toutes les missions relevant d’une structure spécialisée. Transport de PSL, produits biologiques, greffes, scellés judiciaires d’origine biologique, médicaments, etc., notre programme de conseil TMS “transport médical spécialisé” prépare nos agents aux différentes tâches qu’ils peuvent être amenés à réaliser. Basé sur l’expérience et les connaissances juridiques d’un expert en droit du transport de marchandises des classes 6 et 8, appuyé par un médecin biologiste spécialisé en immuno-hématologie, une infirmière hémovigilante et un technicien de laboratoire, ce programme d’accompagnement est animé par cinq intervenants spécialisés. Nos sessions de conseil appliqué sont également accessibles à toute structure indépendante du réseau ainsi qu’aux établissements de santé souhaitant sensibiliser et accompagner leurs agents de transport. Cette démarche est pleinement conforme aux exigences du Code de la Santé Publique, qui impose un niveau élevé de maîtrise aux agents chargés du transport de PSL. Réglementation du transport, bonnes pratiques adaptées aux différentes typologies de prise en charge, procédures d’immuno-hématologie pour la délivrance de PSL, organisation des greffes et missions des CHPOT, gestion des situations dégradées, connaissance des tubes de prélèvements, respect des températures de transport spécifiques à chaque catégorie de produits, arrimage sécurisé des véhicules, et bien d’autres éléments essentiels sont exposés et expliqués afin d’assurer : • la meilleure prise en charge possible pour le patient, • et la garantie de l’intégrité physique des produits confiés pour le donneur d’ordre.
OUR TECHNICAL MEANS
We work only with our own resources (except for the organ donation activity), our transport packaging provided is tested and proven via our metrology center and above all, complies with the regulatory packaging provisions depending on the shipping request.
TRACEABILITY
We make it a point of honor to track each stage of our shipments. Our vehicles are geolocatable, shipments can be equipped with COFFRAC temperature probes, dates and times are recorded, etc. Everything is designed to minimize incidents as much as possible.
