Who are we
It provides public and private health professionals with its experience and professionalism in monitoring the care of their patients for the shipment of health products and to the justice system for the shipment of biological legal seals.
Lumbar punctures, diagnostic tubes, red blood cell concentrates, medications, chemotherapies, biopsies, organs and even breast milk, it has all the required qualifications and logistical means to preserve the integrity of the products it handles.
Having the regulatory and mandatory licenses, it is also authorized, and its staff regularly trained, to ship risky samples.
As such, it is registered in the prefectural register of transporters of dangerous materials (ADR TMD).
Dedicated and equipped vehicles, trained personnel, equipment meeting the various regulations to which it is subject = RESPECT FOR ITS PRINCIPALS AND THE PATIENT.
Our services also extend to biological laboratories, veterinary laboratories, forensic institutes, government health services, etc.

AVAILABLE TO THE JUSTICE SERVICES
Our company is fully committed and at the disposal of justice in the context of "the manifestation of the truth". Thus, it undertakes to make available all its professionalism and know-how to facilitate the exploration of biological products or judicial seals intended for scientific technical platforms. The handling of seals/samples can be carried out directly on the public highway, in a brigade, in a police station, IML or at any place ordered by the judiciary via the OPJ of the territory concerned. In order to avoid any delay in processing for justice, our services are ready to intervene 24 hours a day on the continent or overseas. Law enforcement officers no longer have the constraint of physically transporting samples to the laboratory, our services package and transport them in compliance with the requirements established by the safety and medicines agency and the injunctions of the recipient biologists under the conditions strictly imposed by them...
TRANSPORT DE SANG (PSL) & ORGANES (CONTEXTE ABM)
The transport of labile blood products requires know-how even when it involves transport between the EFS (DEL) and an ES, the proper consideration of documents relating to the delivery of packed red blood cells, and, if necessary, samples for the purpose of an IH exploration with a view to delivering PSL. When a CHPOT calls on our services, it ensures a guarantee of optimal support. Hospital coordinations can count on the professionalism of our experienced field agents... The management of equipment related to the transport of grafts is also part of our specialties, OCS, Life Port, ECMO are ready to be transported in our specially designed vehicles...
PHARMACEUTICAL AND BIOLOGICAL TRANSPORT
Medicines, diagnostic samples (NFS, VIRUS, BACTERIO, TISSUES etc.). We are able to provide you with logistical means to meet your requests for special shipments in compliance with the very strict requirements of the applicable regulations.
ANATOMICAL PARTS
Anatomical parts and operating theatre waste (of human origin) are sent to an authorised partner company either in the MEDITRANS network or in the ES. Subject to compliance with the packaging instructions governed by the transport code, our agents are authorised to take charge of such products...
TRAINING OUR TEAMS
All our network member teams (including our office teams) benefit from expert support designed specifically for all missions falling under a specialized structure. Transporting PSL, biological products, transplants, legal seals of biological origin, medications, etc., our TMS “specialized medical transport” consulting program prepares our agents for the various tasks they may be required to perform. Based on the experience and legal knowledge of an expert in class 6 and 8 goods transport law, supported by a medical biologist specializing in immunohematology, a hemovigilant nurse, and a laboratory technician, this support program is led by five specialized speakers. Our applied consulting sessions are also accessible to any independent structure of the network as well as to healthcare institutions wishing to raise awareness and support their transport agents. This approach is fully compliant with the requirements of the Public Health Code, which imposes a high level of expertise on agents responsible for PSL transport. Transport regulations, good practices adapted to the different types of care, immuno-hematology procedures for the delivery of PSL, organization of transplants and CHPOT missions, management of degraded situations, knowledge of collection tubes, compliance with transport temperatures specific to each category of products, secure stowage of vehicles, and many other essential elements are presented and explained in order to ensure: • the best possible care for the patient, • and the guarantee of the physical integrity of the products entrusted to the ordering party.
OUR TECHNICAL MEANS
We work only with our own resources (except for the organ donation activity), our transport packaging provided is tested and proven via our metrology center and above all, complies with the regulatory packaging provisions depending on the shipping request.
TRACEABILITY
We make it a point of honor to track each stage of our shipments. Our vehicles are geolocatable, shipments can be equipped with COFFRAC temperature probes, dates and times are recorded, etc. Everything is designed to minimize incidents as much as possible.

Nous conservons les donnees personnelles uniquement pendant la duree strictement necessaireaux finalites pour lesquelles elles ont ete collecte, conformement aux obligations legales :- Donnees clients : conservees pendant toute la duree de la relation commerciale et 5 ans apres laderniere interaction.- Donnees de navigation : conservees pendant 13 mois maximum.- Enregistrements telephoniques : conserves pour une duree definie selon la finalite du traitement,puis supprimes.

Nous mettons en place des mesures techniques et organisationnelles adaptees pour garantir laprotection des donnees contre toute perte, alteration, acces non autorise ou divulgation.L'acces aux donnees est restreint aux seules personnes habilitees au sein de TRANSPORTS MEDITRANS.
